AE Stanton are the most experienced and probably the only service centre in London looking after Domestic and Commercial Coffee Machines. Our team has unrivaled experience, whether its a Belle Epoque or any of the other machines in this wonderful range.

Our Service Pack includes the following:

• Unpack and inspect machine for damage
• Photograph damage if necessary
• Test machine for all functions including safety valve
• Check for leaks
• Electrical inspection
• Clean shower plate and descale boiler
• Replace seals
• Clean Solenoid valves
• Test operations on completion of service

We will contact you to seek authorisation for replacing items not covered in the service pack.

Packaging Note:

Kindly use cardboard boxes to send your machine. Please ensure that the water tank is empty before packaging. It is not necessary to send accessories like Filter Holder, Drip Tray, Grill.

Kindly ensure the machine has been packaged securely and adequately to avoid any transit damage.
